I'm also a proud Air Force veteran, local real estate broker, and passionate advocate for making the home buying or selling process way less stressful than it needs to be.

Statistically, it's one of the most stressful things you'll ever do — but with strong communication and a focus on education, I'm here to make it smoother, clearer, and even a little fun.

Education meets real estate.

I currently house hack — yep, I live in one side of a duplex and rent out the other! — and love helping others explore smart real estate moves like that, too.

When I'm not working, you'll find me in the garden with my six chickens (fair warning — I will try to convince you to get your own), hiking with my two dogs, or curled up with a good book.

Specialized in VA home loans and remote buying — assisting military service members, veterans, and their families with navigating the VA loan process and maximizing their benefits while securing homes with zero down payment. For remote clients (relocating or stationed elsewhere), I ran virtual tours, detailed market analysis, and seamless digital communication. This is where I built my foundation of clients and my TikTok presence.

As an elementary school teacher, I taught a blend of 2nd and 3rd graders, creating engaging and effective lessons for a diverse group of learners. Later, I transitioned to a preschool director role, where I took on the responsibility of writing curriculum, training and guiding teachers, and managing the marketing efforts for the school to boost enrollment and community presence.

Earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Saint Martin's University in Lacey, WA, with a focus on Early Childhood Education. Strong foundation in teaching strategies, curriculum development, and child development.

US Air Force — Medical Admin (AFSC 4A0X1)
Travis AFB, California · Enlisted, Left as E-4

One 6-year tour. Worked in Medical Records and the Emergency Room (3 years). TDY'd to Andrews AFB to write reports for the Pentagon on medical transport of wounded warriors. Finished my tour in the ICU (2 years).
