Fair Housing Statement

I am committed to the letter and spirit of the U.S. policy for achieving equal housing opportunity.

My pledge: I will treat every buyer, seller, tenant, and visitor to this website with honesty, respect, and equal professional service — regardless of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran or military status, marital status, source of income, or any other characteristic protected by federal, Washington State, or local law.

Protected Classes

All real estate advertised on this website is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3601 et seq.) and the Washington State Law Against Discrimination (RCW 49.60). It is illegal to discriminate in the sale, rental, financing, or advertising of housing based on:

No Steering, No Discrimination in Service

I do not "steer" buyers toward or away from neighborhoods, schools, or communities based on any protected class. When you ask me about an area, I will share objective data about the home (schools, HOA, taxes, commute) and encourage you to verify anything that matters to you with the authoritative source. I will not offer an opinion on whether a neighborhood is "good" or "bad" for a family based on demographic characteristics.

Accessibility

I am committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. If you encounter a page, PDF, or video on this site that is difficult to access, please email whitneylumsden.realtor@gmail.com with a description of the issue and I will work to provide the information in a format that works for you.
